3 Prinzipien für Agiles Projektmanagement

We have listed the principles of agile project management in a separate blog post. In addition to the 12 principles of agile working that we presented in our previous article, we will discuss 3 further principles in this article.

These 12 principles can be supplemented by three further principles for agile project management:

1. Avoid formalities:

Each member should ensure that the team as a whole can be as productive as possible. In an agile environment, the team should know its goals and work independently.

The following points should be developed together to improve product quality:

• Introduction of standardised designations as product developers and clarification of all tasks in this area
• Reporting at the project team level
• Replace individual key performance indicators with key performance indicators

3. Visualisation:
